Everything we publish is editorial opinion and general information. Reviews reflect our own experience of use and the research we did on the date of publication. Specifications, prices, delivery times, warranties and availability are those at the moment we wrote, and may change without notice. The information that counts is always the one on the manufacturer’s or seller’s site at the moment you buy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Lisbon are the elected forum, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile where mandatory applicable law — in particular the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, for users resident in Brazil — grants that right.
