Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 September 2026
In short. This is an independent editorial site. We publish product reviews and earn a commission when you buy through our links. We sell nothing, we process no payments, and we are not a party to the contract between you and the store.
1. Acceptance
By accessing and using creativesolutions.pt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms may be updated at any time; the date at the top indicates the version in force.
2. Who operates the site
The site is operated by Pedro Macedo, sole trader, tax identification number 133495256, in Portugal. Contact: [email protected].
3. The nature of the content
Everything we publish is editorial opinion and general information. Reviews reflect our own experience of use and the research we did on the date of publication. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice. Before making a decision that depends on this information, consult a qualified professional.
Specifications, prices, delivery times, warranties and availability are those at the moment we wrote, and may change without notice. The information that counts is always the one on the manufacturer’s or seller’s site at the moment you buy.
4. Commercial content and affiliate links
The site is funded by affiliate programmes and contains sponsored links. Some articles are advertorials — commercial content in editorial form — and are labelled as such on the page itself. The full terms of that relationship are on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
5. Purchases made on third-party sites
We do not sell products. When you click a link and buy, the contract is made solely between you and the seller. All matters of payment, delivery, warranty, exchange, return, support and refund are that seller’s responsibility and must be dealt with directly with them. The operator of this site is not an intermediary, does not represent the seller, and has no power to resolve those cases.
6. Intellectual property
Text, layout, code, brand and other original elements of this site are the property of Pedro Macedo and are protected by copyright. Short quotations are permitted with attribution and a link to the original page. Reproduction in full, republication, translation or commercial use are not permitted without prior written authorisation.
Trade marks, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used here for information and description only, under fair use. If you own a right and believe some content infringes it, write to [email protected] and we will remove or correct it promptly.
7. Acceptable use
In using the site, you agree not to:
- Attempt to access non-public areas, circumvent security measures or interfere with the operation of the service.
- Extract content by automated means at scale (scraping) without authorisation.
- Reproduce the content on sites that pass themselves off as this one or that mislead third parties.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Availability
We do what we can to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without prior notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pedro Macedo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits arising from use of the site or from reliance on its content, nor for losses arising from products or services bought from third parties through our links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and Portuguese and European consumer legislation.
10. External links
Third-party sites we link to have their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not answerable for their content, privacy practices or security.
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the district of Lisbon are the elected forum, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile where mandatory applicable law — in particular the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, for users resident in Brazil — grants that right.
